Hope didn't really mean P20K or P200K kasi kasangkapan pa lang eh ubos na yon. That's why I assumed $20K (P800K) since it wasn't specified kung peso o dollars.

Sorry guys. I mean 200k lang but for the ceiling and some cabinetries maybe. i was thinking din if ipon muna before iparenovate. I read sa ibang forums maybe 700k for the renovation and addtl 200k for the appliances and stuff. Whew mahal magpaganda ng bahay! Heheh
