At least 400m i would say. It has no crown or spire, so probably not above 450m

Fantastic relaunch of two super tall projects in Dubai that dident even get the ground work started earlier.

it aint a total boom again but it is a very positive development and shows that Dubai is running very Good again. and it also fills up some awkward holes here and there which is really good.

and launching two supertalls in a month is very good compared to most of the world excluding China

Love the design will creaty a nice and more sober contrast to the usual super sci fi style of most of the skyscrapers in Dubai. and it will give the sheik Sayed skyline another tower that really stands over most the rest. and the sky park setup is also very good Dubai needs that.

and it might be a good bit higher than 400m if the model is to scale wich i belive it is, because right by it they have put a silhouette of the Jal hotel wich has a roof height of 240m and this is over twice the height of the silhouette of Jal hotel.
