लग्जरी आवासों ने बढ़ाया क्रेज
जयपुर में शीघ्र होगी 2 हजार फ्लैटों की लाचिंग, लाइफ स्टाइल में बदलाव से हुआ इजाफा वाणिज्य संवाददाता जयपुर, 1 दिसम्बर। लोगों की लाइफ स्टाइल में तेजी से आ रहे बदलाव के चलते तथा धनी लोगों की संख्या में तेजी से वृद्धि होने से जयपुर शहर में लग्जरी आवासीय रियल सेगमेंट में मांग तेजी से बढऩे लगी है। अगर अपवाद को छोड़ दिया जाए तो अब तक जयपुर मध्यम वर्ग प्रोजेक्ट्स के लिए ही प्राथमिकता रहा है। लेकिन अब लग्जरी सेगमेंट में गति देखने को मिल रही है। आवासीय प्रोपर्टी के जानकार सूत्रों के मुताबिक 2013 में तीन-चार माह बाद ही शहर में 2000 फ्लेटों की लांचिंग होने की संभावना है। बिल्डरों का कहना है कि शहर की सम्पन्नता में लग्जरी आवासीय सेगमेंट का प्रचलन तेजी से बढऩे लगा है। जिसके चलते आगामी छह माह में ही इस सेगमेंट में विभिन्न परियोजनाओं की लांचिंग देखी जाएगी। जिनमें गौरव टॉवर के पास ज्वैल्स ऑफ इंडिया, कोठारी समूह पृथ्वीराज नगर में लग्जरी प्रोजेक्ट तथ एनप्लेस का मास्टर प्रोजेक्ट शीघ्र ही लांच किया जा रहा है। इसके अलावा अन्य परियोजनाएं लांचिंग प्रक्रिया से गुजर रही है और शीघ्र ही अस्तित्व में आने की इनकी संभावनाएं है। इन सभी परियोजनाओं में अन्तरराष्ट्रीय स्तर की सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराई जाएंगी। निर्माताओं ने इन प्रोजेक्टों में फ्लैट्स की कीमातें का खुलासा नही किया है। दूसरी ओर एनआरआई के आकर्षण के कारण मेट्रो शहरों मेेें 1 करोड़ से 15 करोड़ के रुपए के लग्जरी और अल्ट्रा लग्जरी फ्लैटों की मांग को प्रोत्साहन मिल रहा है। अनेक प्रोजेक्ट्स में फ्लेट की कीमतें इससे भी ज्यादा होने की संभावनाएं बनने लगी है। SEEMS LIKE JEWEL OF INDIA IS REVIVING ........ ![]() SOURCE-MAHANAGAR TIMES Last edited by JAYESH99; December 2nd, 2012 at 05:04 PM. |

NEW DELHI: US-based iconic cult bike maker Harley Davidson is targeting smaller towns in India as it looks to enhance presence in the country.
The company, which launched its 'Fat Bob' model in India priced at Rs 12.8 lakh, also said it will consider increasing the number of models assembled in India to offer its products at "affordable rate" for the customers here. "We are looking to expand our dealer network. Currently, we have nine showrooms and by the end of the year we will have our tenth and next year we will add three more in Jaipur, Indore and Pune," Harley Davidson India Managing Director Anoop Prakash told reporters here. He said the company has taken a conscious decision to spread presence in the tier II towns as there is a latent demand for Harley Davidson bikes. "We are getting a good pull in smaller towns. There are a lot of people who have the same key attributes as we have, in wanting personal freedom. The kind of enthusiasm we had received in a place like Kochi was the same as in any metro," Prakash said. There was a tremendous response when the company held the Harley Rock Riders concert in places like Shillong and Guwahati, he added. Sounding bullish on the Indian market, he said the company will clock over 2,000 units by the end of 2012 as cumulative sales since it started selling its bikes in India in July 2010. When asked if Harley Davidson will assemble more models in India to bring down the price, he said: "Although there is no immediate plan for adding to our CKD line up, we will keep the option open for future in order to make our products affordable to customers." The company will continue to adopt and invest in strategies that make its "products and ownership experience accessible to more enthusiasts and customers in India," Prakash said. The latest model Fat Bob, which is powered by a 1,600 cc engine, is the sixth model assembled in the company's plant at Bawal in Haryana. Honda's exclusive diesel engine plant to be set up in Rajasthan

Jaipur: Japanese car giant, Honda is finally going to come up with a diesel engine. The company has announced that it would be setting up a new diesel engine plant in Rajasthan. The new factory would be set up at their site Tapukara, Rajasthan. This site has been unutilized for the past five years and hence the company has narrowed down to this site where from they will be producing Honda's first global compact car which will make its appearance by early 2013 and will have diesel engines manufactured at the Rajasthan plant. Honda has confirmed that the new diesel engine plant will be set for production by next year while details of investment and capacities have yet to be finalized. Initially commencing production with a 1.5 liter diesel engine which will be seen in the Honda Amaze, the same engine will also follow in models such as Jazz and City, which are scheduled for 2014. |

Santosh Sharma.DNA DNA Correspondent The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has started technical works to lay the tracks to run the metro. On Tuesday, the engineers of the corporation initiated welding works on the elevated concrete tracks. A flash butt welding machine is being used for this work on the track near Mansarovar station. In next couple of days, the tracks will be laid and welded by the machine. Doubts are being raised over timely completion of works on Mansarovar-Chandpole stretch of the Metro route. Sources said that the entire work of laying tracks would take at-least two to three months time. The work would be finished by February end. Anil Singhal, deputy chief engineer with DMRC, said, “With the flash butt welding machine, the rails will be welded on the elevated route. The process will take at least two to three months.” Sources also added that the tracks would be laid on the spots where the viaduct construction work has been completed. Notably, the corporation has delayed the construction works at Railway Station-Sindhi Camp Bus Stand site. Civil works on the elevated route are pending at this site. Due to this delay, the project is unlikely to get complete by June 2013, the deadline for the task. Jaipur to develop Appu Ghar soon

By HBI Staff | Mumbai Adding yet another attraction to its enviable list of must-visit places, Jaipur is soon going to have its own Appu Ghar. This Appu Ghar is being developed as 'Jaipur Mega Tourism City' by a private firm nearly eight kilometre off the Vishwakarma area. With over 18 million tourists visiting the state every year, the mega city will be designed as a weekend destination offering people ways to unwind by enjoying a dip in the water park, teeing off at a golf course or trying out cuisines at a restaurant. The park will have retail, hospitality and entertainment options for the visitors. Themed retail spread over 20 acres offer dining and entertainment options in the form of bowling alleys, club, pubs, health club, and multiplex, according to The Times of India report. Spread over 300 acres, 'Jaipur Mega Tourism City' would be the fifth Appu Ghar in India but the largest among all. "After being allotted the land in 2006 by the Jaipur Development Authority for a lease period of 99 years, the project got embroiled in litigation. Now, all the legal hurdles have been cleared and the ground work has already begun. We would be able to launch the first phase within six months," said Abhinav Chandla, Vice-President, International Amusement Limited (IAL). "The project also proposes to build a golf course to offer a premium leisure holiday destination to tourists. The 18-hole golf course is expected to be ready in a year-and-a-half. The amusement and adventure part of the project would be launched within six months. We are also in talks with some four and five star hotels," said Chandla. IAL plans to develop 773 residential villas spread over 40 acres. About 70 per cent of these would be overlooking the golf course. The sample villa is already under construction and would be available at a base price of Rs 1.25 crore. As per the report, the company is investing nearly Rs 2500 crore over a period of six-seven years. "The project is proposed to be financed by way of equity, debt and partly through sale of resorts and villas. Integrated development of the project makes it financially lucrative and also front-ends the cash flow, allowing substantial self-funding of the project," Chandla added. |

जयपुर त्न जयपुर रेलवे स्टेशन पर नए साल में एग्जीक्यूटिव लॉन्ज (विशेष विश्राम स्थल) का काम प्रारंभ हो जाएगा। स्टेशनों पर इन्हें बनाने की रेलवे बोर्ड की योजना के तहत इंडियन रेलवे कैटरिंग एंड टूरिज्म कॉरपोरेशन (आईआरसीटीसी) को रेलवे प्रशासन से जगह मिल चुकी है। यह जगह रेलवे स्टेशन पर जन आहार केंद्र और स्टेशन प्रबंधक के ऑफिस के बीच है। यहां आईआरसीटीसी को 2 हजार वर्ग फीट जगह दी गई है। अब जल्दी ही आईआरसीटीसी इस जगह के हिसाब से सुविधाएं विकसित करने के लिए कंसलटेंट की नियुक्ति करेगा। यह काम जनवरी में प्रारंभ हो सकता है। देश का पहला लॉन्ज दिल्ली में बनकर तैयार है। जनवरी में इसके उद्घाटन के बाद जयपुर में भी इसके बनाने का काम प्रारंभ कर दिया जाएगा। लॉन्ज पूरी तरह से वातानुकूलित होगा। यहां यात्रियों के लिए टीवी, इंटरनेट, वाईफाई, मोबाइल व लैपटॉप चार्जर की सुविधा होगी। कंप्यूटर और प्रिंटर होंगे। जहां यात्री ट्रेन आने तक अपना इंटरनेट से संबंधित काम कर सकते हैं व अपना प्रिंट ले सकते हैं। क्लॉक रूम में सुविधा भी होगी, जहां यात्री अपना लगेज रख सकेंगे। |
