I just want to ask: has construction for C5 stopped with that one way flyover over Commonwealth Avenue going to Luzon Avenue?

The widening of the road leading to the flyover is still not complete - it narrows into half of its width once you go past the road leading to Celebrity.

Singson should fix the squatter issue - after all, he was the one who paraded in the government pickup when they opened this back in April.

Bottom line, overpopulation, poverty, corruption equals CBCP. CBCP is against the RH Bill before congress. CBCP should provide housing to the squatters para matapus na ang C5.

They threaten people, ask for everything they can ask for (and then some), they destroy property and equipment, and when they get some money, the first thing a lot of them will do is have a drinking session.
These are the squatters who can no longer reformed and thus must be treated with no mercy.

As long as politics are in play, this cannot be done. Even the government units who are supposed to deal with these squatters seem to dilly dally on getting their jobs done to a point that the contractor or developers have to take matters into their own hands just to get results.

I think there's some movement ongoing in that C5 portion that has remained unmoved in the last year as i saw new contractor dividers coming up in the area. It's hard to tell though as it was dark when i passed by.

Yeah I noticed the ongoing demolition less than 2 weeks ago. Hopefully they can hasten everything but since it is holiday season, the squatters there will most likely have a reprieve.
