I hope, if the Valley project is ever realised, that they keep some of the green spaces as public parks...

Anyway the area is developing fast, will one day probably engluf the nearby CBD too

Southstand will be "Opel Tribünü" for at least 2.5 years.
The club will get 1.6 million a year.
