Cool vid. It's got 3M views in just less than 2 months. The best part of it, no 'proud' Filipino comments. If you know what I mean.

Amazing, strong video. Believe it or not the moment the kid died, his friend was doing a "suicide" flip.

Squatters should at least keep their surroundings clean if they can't afford to build decent homes.

The 30+ year old slum in Calbayog Mandaluyong just behind California Garden Square is still there. Raw sewage run-off is going down the lower streets of Bulusan and Antipolo. A lot of criminal activity in Barangay Highway Hills and commercial establishments along EDSA can be traced to criminals staying in this particular slum area. The bad news is, several barangay watchmen (tanod) of Highway Hills live in this particular slum area too.

To strengthen its claim, the Philippine government should look into relocating squatters to the disputed West Sea Islands...the settlers could make a living fishing around the area and working on natural gas and oil rigs

Candidates are courting the slum dwellers this campaign period. The incumbents are practically hosting street parties for them every weekend nights closing down entire roads and redirecting traffic.

Just gun down the traditional politicians they are the real culprit on promoting illegal settling in our country.

Sorry for sounding naive, but do informal settlers have to register to vote? Is there a law requiring voters to have a mailing address?
I really don't know the whole voting process so any of your expertise is a big help. Thanks!

own opinion ko lng to ah. HBANG TUMATAGAL, DUMADAMI SILA. sana magawan to ng paraan.

May tindahan kami dito tas dito sila bumbili, alam niyo bang ang lagi nilang binibili puro sigarilyo at alak. inuubos nila ang pera nila sa alak. kung iniipon nila un, pede silang mag business kahit maliit lng.

Coastal Area of Sasa, Davao City

source
Notice the absence of sea mines aka 'trash' in the sea. But still a slum though.
