In Turkey it's mostly Ottoman Islamic architecture and it certainly is some of the finest architecture. The mosques designed by Sinan must be among the most beautiful buildings in the world.
There are so many extraordinarily beautiful variations of Islamic architecture throughout the Moslem world that it is impossible to say which is best.
Apart from the Ottoman mosques, one of my favourites is the complex at Isfahan, Iran. Breathtaking!
