Oh emm jee. I totally missed this. Thank you "musiccity" for stepping in on my behalf even though we are complete strangers, I honestly appreciate it... and what the hell Mr.Weenie? Stop calling me sweetie, because it's disturbing ok. Are you a man or an old lady? LOLOL
Ok sorry but seriously yeah, please never refer to me as sweetie again. I said please so that means you have to or you'll look like an asshole. Just know that I'm 17 so I'll be an adult in a year and that it's not cool to call another man sweetie. *smileyface*

I just got back from 2 weeks in Honolulu and let me tell you, that is a skyline that shocked me. The building density is amazing...470 buildings over 10 floors. Nothing tops 500 feet (one 650 footer planned though), but there are 72 buildings over 300 feet tall. 72!

Hartford, CT. 3 buildings over 500' and one of the best capitol buildings in the country. 2nd best skyline in New England! Pictures are from 2010.

This is a no-brainer, Clayton, Missouri. Population 16,074.

its in the center of the St Louis metro, 3 million people, not really a small city. Its probably closer to the population center of the metro than downtown.

Never-the-less.... we're NOT talking about metros - we're talkin' skylines.
And for <20K population it blows away Tulsa, Des Moines, Corpus.

Skylines reflect their roles, and municipal population generally has very little to do with it.

16,000 is extremely misleading. It's in the center of a metro of 3 million people.

The new age mixed-use development in the lower right hand corner - Points for the effort or, given the location, a waste of sensible design?

That's my vote. Too bad they didn't try to work out a more clear ped connection to the existing mall.
