The Proscenium at Rockwell brings rare luxury to the Rockwell Center. Adding 3.6 hectares to this world-class neighborhood, the Proscenium will be the home of 5 exceptional residential towers, including an Iconic tower. The complex will also be the home of a 600-seater theater, soon to set the stage for cultural performances.

Proscenium, which means “in front of the scenery”, further motivated Rockwell to set itself apart by creating a “Cultural” component in the “Live. Work. Play.” aspect. With the performing arts theater as an anchor to the development, the Proscenium at Rockwell will complete the Rockwell lifestyle and take it to another level.

The Man behind it All: Carlos Ott
Born in Montevideo, the Uruguayan architect made a name for himself through his keen eye in architecture and his unique designs. The world renowned “starchitect “ was first known for winning first prize in 1983 for the construction of the Opera de la Bastille in Paris. Only then in his 30s, Carlos was chosen among the 744 architects from all over the world. Since then, Carlos has been known for his out-of-this-world and breathtaking designs.

Proscenium At Rockwell
5 towers (Kirov tower, Sakura Tower, Lincoln Tower, the two towers are still unnamed)
3.6 hectare property, formerly known as col-pal

KIROV TOWER - One of the first towers to be built in the Proscenium property, Kirov will stand 58 storeys tall and will boast a hefty 203 units.

SAKURA TOWER - The second tower to make its mark in the Proscenium property is The Corral. With 46 storeys, Corral will have 5 units per floor (a total of 200 units), and will ensure the utmost privacy of your future home.

LINCOLN TOWER - The third tower features a total of 492 units, composed of 82 studio units, 246 one-bedroom units and 164 two bedroom units. The Lincoln will rise to 47 storeys.
