These blocks actually look NICE!

Hello, in comparison with many other blocks showed here in this fanclub these Turkish blocks look well maintained, are they rented or owner -occupied?
Here in Holland blocks with similar architecture are well inhabited and safe and usually good if they are owner occupied but if let by social housing corporations many become concentrations of problem families who often have no other choice.

Well, see elsewhere in this forum!

Well, in many places in Europe commieblock zones are associated with decay, social problems and arson in cars and sometimes buildings, wrecked shopping centers, ghettoes of unemployed, etc. These here in Turkey look like decent middle-class neighborhoods and some luxury flats even appear here!!
In my place Utrecht we have problem commies which are social rental flats and non-problem commies which usually are owner-occupied, the latter ones are middle-class and well maintained. Usually people who buy a flat (average price in Utrecht: 130.000 to 200.000 euro) tend to invest in the house, building and neighborhood and try to keep it decent while tenants of social rental flats are less inclined to do all this.
So this suscites the question: are these flats in Istanbul owner-occupied condominiums or social rental flats, and if these are social rental flats, are there neighborhood initiatives to keep the place decent and clean?

This is limited to Western Europe mostly. I'm quite sure this buildings in Turkey are for the middle class so it's not that big of a surprise that they look fine.

Are these houses halal?

In Amsterdam a social housing corporation engaged in commieblock renovation designed so-called halal houses (built according to Islamic rules) which mean: a rack for storing shoes at the entrance, special taps for ritual ablutions before prayer and a system of sliding and regular doors to keep women separated from male visitors. The corporation asked the residents in the neighbourhood (with many Muslim inhabitants) what were their wishes regarding apartment design and this was the outcome.

I suppose all new residences in Turkey are built according to these principles?

Are the wishes of Dutch people the same as Venezuelan people regarding type of apartments because both are Christian nations? What kind conclusion is that?

There is no such a thing such as islamic apartments. I guess those who told you so are laughing their asses off because they made the Dutch authorities design some "halal" apartments which in reality don't exist! Good invention Dutchmen!

Not to mention that you guys didn't not even realise that you have been living in 'haram' houses all along.
