And the shade! All that shade that I love when I'm walking underneath the trees in the park--I suddenly start complaining about it when it's being created by tall buildings!

A consistant argument last night was that shade from buildings will kill the trees in Denny Park. Seriously.

I noticed recently that the Westin signs in this photo are now white instead of red (mainly noticeable at night). Anyone know when this changed? The red ones could easily be mistaken as navigation warning lights- just not blinking.
