Just wonderful...Warsaw soon will be one of the most modern cities in Europe. It deserves supertall.

Let's hope for Lilium Tower to get built first A supertall would look rather out of place imo, and will probably take another 10 years. But evenually it surely will get built, like in London (shard) and Paris (hermitage plaza).

No offence, but it's a modern city compared to , lets say, Bratislava or Brno, bu not to Rotterdam ,Frankfurt or modern parts of London, Madrid, Moscow and Madrid.

I would say both Warsaw and Rotterdam are modern cities that suffered destruction in the WWII and where rebuilt in modern styles. Other cities that you mentioned have only some modern parts (you said it yourself) it doesn't make them modern as a whole. All depends what do you mean by "modern" though.

don't think you've been to Warsaw lately, it has a way to go, but it has made amazing progress. The city is more in scale with Frankfurt and Rotterdam I would say.

Yes maybe today, but many of those cities you mentioned are in countries where the economy isn't in such a good condition and Warsaw is catching up fast.

Well, If we define a modern city like city built on an ideas of modernism, then Warsaw is far more modern than London, Madrid or Moscow

What Warsaw needs now, is time. Poland didn't have a chance to grow and develop in the past. So it's ridiculous to compare Polish economy and British economy. And I bet there's much more going on in the UK than in Poland atm even if there's a big crisis (but which country doesnt have a crisis?).
