The name has been changed to Sky Towers. The construction cost increased to $166,2 million.

“Sky Towers”, Kyiv

“Sky Towers” is planned as a premium business center located on a 0.74 hectare freehold site along Peremogy Avenue in Kyiv. The site is located at the edge of the CBD.
The project is designed to have two towers, ranging from 34 to 47 storeys, and a two-storeyed bank building. Gross area of the whole complex will be approximately 225,000 square metres. In accordance with the project there will be a hotel in one of the towers and offices - in the other. The project is also designed to have an eight-storeyed underground parking area of approximately 51,630 square metres with 841 parking lots. Around 1,594 square metres will be allocated for a retail area.

Construction works started in the fourth quarter of 2007 and are expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2012.

A letter of intent with a 5-star hotel operator was signed in early 2010.

The project is being financed by the State Export-import Bank of Ukraine.

The concept design was developed by DLN, Maunsell Aecom, R.A. Heintges & Associates, ACLA, C&A, MVA Hong Kong.

Construction works are being performed by Osnova-Solsif, a Ukrainian-French joint venture operating in Ukraine since 1994, founded by Ukrainian construction company Osnova and Soletanche Bachy, the French geotechnical and civil engineering contractors.

Да, не понятное движение на заправке - снимают обшивку со здания, стоят строительные леса, вагончики- такое впечатление,что там или реконструкция заправки или может, в качестве бреда, продали и сносят?

TBH i didnt rly like this tower but recently saw the new renders (post #64) and they kind of changed my mind
