Yes I passed this one today and one crane was moving and all three lifts moved. However I did not notice any progress. Maybe they wanna start after Ramadan.

Amazeballs! Finally this eye sore is gonna be finished! It looked like the former parliament building in Grozny bombed and burned down by the russian army in the 1990's ... not the best reference

Wonder if the delays were due to internal changes - it was originally meant to be connected to University Hospital and the rooms in the serviced apartments tower were to have "recovery" suites, with medical equipment....
