You mean my diagram? If yes then it didn't show them because it is a Seoul diagram. We have the Zenith is in Busan and Northeast Asia Trade Tower is in Incheon

Any news about shareholders accepting the 2500 billion won? Is that what the project currently relies on? Or do we have to wait until 13 dec?

Shareholders must buy CB(Credit Bank) Expire is 12. DECEMBER.
However no one company buy CB.
At the moment Very very skeptical.

However Dremhub inc said "We believe that Shareholder company will be buy some CB. Due to No one wish to bankrupt IBD project. If bankrupt then 7 billion USD lost in empty sky"

Brief situation report.

- At 13, december credit bank($210 million usd) is going to issued.(5% rate for 12 month)
- If succeed then Landmarktower Tripleone's contract deposit($320 million usd) will be pay from KORAIL to Dremhub inc.
- If succeed then dreamhub escape from default and no worry until the beginning of next years.
- If fail then default project to canceled
- At the moment Dremhub have only $ 18 million usd
- Dreamhub have to pay $ 19 millions "Total Real estate tax" "financial rate" until 17.december.

- Dreamhub already finished for pay "Building design pay" of foreign company(adrian smith etc) "property tax pay' of seoul city.
- However still didn't pay for "Building design pay" of korean architecture firm.

KORAIL suggested to NEW president of korea dreamhub project designation as "Economical Free area" or "Special Tour area"

TWO days ago new president elect. So KORAIL expect national goverment support to this project.
If project designation as "Economical Free area" or "Special Tour area" then master plan will be changed to much more increased and taller.
Already Around Lotte tower was designated as "Special Tour area"

However KORAIL still stick with gradual plan(completion delay from 2016 to 2020)

Fortunatley NEW president she is very rational woman beside Mayor of seoul. Therefor I believe this project will be resume soon.
KORAIL want to project site as untied "Special Tour area" from CBD==>Myongdong==>Seoul station===>Yongsan(IBD)

I'm still hoping and praying for a redesign of this mess. And how about hiring some Korean architects for the job? I'd love to see a Mass Studies vision for this site.

Agree. However i shock when i was saw miniature of IBD in dreamhub compnay's office. I really suprised even i can't move during see miniature.

In the case of Tripleone, KORAIL buying tripleone about $4 billion ( 4조1632원)

Well if I have learned anything at ssc over all those years is that you should never be overexcited about any korean project. One they they say they are increasing it and next the whole project is canceled

So I will wait for some construction till I open champagne. But I am moderately happy for the good news. Let's hope for the best for this project

OK I understand your opinions, I agree no one know what will happen in project until it comes to reality.
Above all article is true Except "taller". But it is true If new pesident accept KORAIL's suggestion then master plan will be changed to much more bigger.
So i just assume that is will be "taller"
I'm just inform korean news as possible as i can.

By the way I admit it your experience in SSC which means wait and let's hope and just see We needs a lot of time

lotte world tower also took a quite long time until it was U/C...and now it's over 120m tall already

Lotte tower took about 10 years from proposal to u/c.
Especaily what I'm trill is Lotte tower approve very beginnig of new goverment by New president of korea(Lee myong bak)

Therefore I hope new president of korea she will push up yongsan IBD as like a lotte tower case.
