Tencent Tower is 200 m tall, so all the proposals listed here would be above 300 m - up to 350 m, if the rough eye assessment is to trust here. I'd also like the Proposal 1 but with different base.

I don't think Tencent tower is 200m, must be around 160-190m

You can never be 100% sure of anything, but many sites list it as 150m tower. CTBUH, ssc construction thread and even website of the firm who designed this tower.

Strange thing though when I tried to calculate the height of the first proposal I got height of 270m way less than it should be (350 according to the description on the renders). I thought it was my error But if I would have assumed tencent to be 200m then results would be correct. But still, all sources (even official) claims it to be 150m so what's all about with this confusing tower?

one is too "OA" while 5 is still boring....

I'm quite sure Tencent is at 200 m plus/minus few metres. The nearby Tianxiacun's new office building on top of Taoyuan metro station is at ~190 m and looks slightly shorter even though it's at least at the same if not a bit higher ground elevation.

Notice also that the two 23 - 25 storey office buildings next to Tencent, both Grade A with respectable floor heights, are basically half the Tencent height. Also, Tencent is waaay higher than the topped-out 140 m high companion tower of the Heung Kong Tower in Nanshan Central nearby. Check the photos!
