Provided good quality and priceworthy planes.

A thought just occured to me; are there any international airports out there that houses old fighter jets in their terminals?
Most terminals nowadays are big and open, with plenty of room for old fighter jets that people can climb into and explore.

why in this ranking misses Romanian airports? Henri Coanda Bucharest in 2012 touches 9 million passengers while Timisoara Traian Vuia has exceeded 2.5 million passengers.

Guys its not full list yet. I am trying to find all numbers for all airports but it needs time. Plus information listed as "touches 9 million" or "exceeded 2,5 million" or "almost 5 million" i do not really take serious and i do not add them to the list till i know the exact number of passengers. Thanx for understanding.

I understand. Very good jod.

I find the numbers in this official web page.
This table also missed data from the third largest airport in Portugal (Faro). I apologize for the warning, but I'm talking about it because it was good numbers and should appear in the middle of these statistics.

Passenger traffic grows by 1.9% in 2012

11-Jan-2013
 Growth in December was 2.4%

Passenger traffic grows by 1.9% in 2012

Passenger traffic at ANA Airports showed an accumulated growth of 1.9% (+ 539,000 passengers) in relation to the previous year, with the emphasis on the growth of scheduled flights, and in particular the low-cost sector, which grew by 4.9% (+ 451,600 passengers). Particularly worthy of note were the growth rates at the airports of Lisbon (+3.5%), Faro (+1%) and Francisco Sá Carneiro (Porto) (+0.8%). Traffic was down, however, at the other airports: Azores (-5.9%) and Beja (-13.9%). Top of the performance ratings is Lisbon Airport, which broke the 15-million-passenger barrier for the first time, and Porto Airport, where growth was sufficient to set demand at over 6 million passengers. At Faro Airport, passenger numbers were around 300,000 lower than this figure.

In terms of market growth, France, Germany, Switzerland and Holland are the frontrunners (+ 714,000 passengers between them), with TAP, easyJet and transavia.com all achieving excellent results. In 2012, Tap Portugal accounted for 38.9% of passenger traffic at ANA Airports, Ryanair 13.7% and easyJet 12.9%, making a combined total of 65.5%.

In comparison to the previous year’s figures (see table below), it can be seen that, in December, traffic at ANA Airports rose by 2.4% (+39,800 passengers), with the emphasis on the low-cost sector (+6%, representing over 29,800 passengers carried).

The growth trend can be seen at Lisbon Airport (+3.9%) and Faro Airport (+4%). At Porto Airport the numbers dropped (-1.4%), while the figures for ANA-operated airports in the Azores remained stable, with 0% growth in comparison to December 2011.

In terms of market growth, France, the United Kingdom, Holland and Switzerland lead the ratings (+51,000 passengers between them), while the top airlines were TAP Portugal, easyJet and transavia.com.
