It's a shame the tower won't have a leaning appearance as I thought from the renders. It would have complemented the Tokyo Sankei Building well.

It's simply an optical illusion.

Yeah, that sounds not right. In my city they are building a 100m hotel with 30 floors.. how can a building twice as high only have 3 floors more?

Office floors can be much higher than residential. But 6.6m is a bit excessive.

I can count 30 floors? Does anyone know the height? Or if that floor count is correct?

The number of habitable floors is indeed 33, the rooftop structure is another 2 floors, but that's really it.

And although new Japanese office towers are known for their high average floor height this one is actually extreme. In other parts of Japan or even Tokyo an office building with this number of floors could be as low as 160m. The typical height for a Japanese residential tower with a similar floor count is 110m ~ 120m.

From the air it's far more obvious how slender this tower actually is compared to all the surrounding towers, it looks so tiny.
