 Good question.At first it appears to be a spelling mistake, but when you look at the 'Circo' website ( a bar at The Albert Dock which has the legend of 'Freakshow') this same spelling is used for an event that they are holding on Boxing Day Night. It is most likely a take on the original Cirque du Soleil - but to fit in with their branding?  http://www.circoliverpool.com/

I appreciate that quite a number of the images that I captured in the city today may be familiar to regular viewers of this thread; however, it was such a lovely winter's day today: frosty but with blue skies - that I decided to do a big circuit, covering quite a substantial area of the city centre.
I took the train into town; and the photographs are posted in the order in which they were taken:

 The reference on the placard regarding selling newspapers "but not The Sun" - is a reference to the boycott, in Liverpool, of The Sun newspaper because of its handling of the reporting of The Hillsborough football tragedy - in which 96 Liverpool fans were crushed to death.
