From last night, they have installed the sidewalk shed and removed the trailer on the PAS side. The traffic is down to one lane on 28th street.

I was over there last night and nothing has changed on site except for the completion of the sidewalk shed. This photo is shot from 27th St showing the PAS side of the lot. You can see The Urban Glass House on the left of the Empire State Building with the 4 red lights on top and 404 Park Avenue South which is covered in a printed scrim on the right. 404 PAS is under conversion to condo and a rather impressive project.
