Larger version of the pic Jinka posted, they also have two renders showing a slightly different design, not sure which is the chosen one -

Skyscraper page is reporting this as 270m and floor count as 80. No source(s) to back up the claim unfortunately.

No progress. CG was right! Last time i shot pics i thought they were excavating but seems that they were only demolishing the plinth underneath. Now they have levelled it out. No action whatsoever.

lovely project. great location. only fear is that if the Kapoor mansion or the society infront goes into redevelopment (considering that these two buildings are also old). The view of flat owners in the building will be blocked just like in case of Bellisimo. Unles, obviously if Ackruti takes these two buildings alongwith the same project.

This is not the Hubtown sails project in Prabhadevi on Hindustan Mills/Crown Mills land is it? That had a mall and hotel in addition to residential buildings.
