I really recommend getting into the basics and start shooting in manual mode. Only then you will be able to get the most out of a specific scene

No, this is a single shot. Settings were ISO 1250, 14mm, f2.8, 15s.

For a proper offroad tour I deflate the tires. For this ride I didn't, it also works fine with fully inflated tires
