Looks nice.

Are they going to have just one such tower for now? The render seems to have three-four towers.

The campus is huge and only a very small part is being built now. Once fully completed, it will be a nice place.

yes, the area is huge, but there are no boundaries that demarcate the old township from the new Riverside project. The place is a medley of rickshaws, buses, pedestrians, hawkers and bad roads. I wonder what happens to the old two-three storey structures that house the Bata employees.

I understand that all of them will give away for the new township. The Bata employees will be housed in the building which is being completed. Also all the bazzars will be shifted to an area near the main road and as and when one area gets done that area will come under restricted entry.

All are tall order but achievable if the demand is good.

Went to see riverside. The plan is great but progress has been slow. The second phase (Other Princep Towers, Golf Condos will be second phase, around summer 2013) Took these snaps. Not much change since March 2012.

Question Hi

guys, Price per sqft about 2200 at Princep Homes for a 3BHK of 1900SQFT, River view from the bedrooms, Not from the balcony though, South facing.

They said all the infrastructure will be ready by 2020.

What price can we expect at 2020 if all the things go as per expected and the amenities are awesome + maheshtala is seeing some serious action so this locality may BUZZ?? whats the future guys?

The place is too far from the city ... if the proposed flyover is ready then this place will have lots of potrential.
