Looks like they are putting up the barbed wire covering for the metro walkway now. Top of the stretch down the side of Emaar Boulevard and Boulevard Plaza now has the top part affixed and they're welding in the brackets for the side and base elements now.

Outside should be done by the end of November at this rate.

The metro bridge is now completely closed and connected on both ends and overall finish I would say is 90%

They are installing a huge video board at the metro bridge:

But it looks like the light installation will only be on the boulevard road and not the whole way to the metro.
