Lanang Business Park

Hello! I'm Back, and I have started to create my newest project. It is a Master-planned community which will bring together a live-work-play concept in one place. Sort of what like Eastwood City or Rockwell Center is in Manila. I have started to create the first few structures and road networks in the community. Here is a render:

The name of this project will be the Lanang Business Park, located in Lanang, Davao City, Philippines.

The first structures in the Business Park are: (L-R) One Lanang Tower, a 28-storey building which will house the 240-room Novotel Davao Hotel on the 10th-27th Floor and will feature the amenity area at the top floor. It will also house some offices and retail spaces. Quirino Towers, three 33-storey towers which will house 1050 residential units and retail spaces and parking spaces at the podium. K Lanang Mall, a 5-storey mall with a department store, a supermarket, 6 cinemas, a bowling alley and over 200 commercial spaces. I have cladded the mall with a sort of unique design which I'm experimenting with.

Here's an updated render (a crappy one) of the Business Park. I have installed the crowns of the Quirino Towers (the trio behind the eagle statue with the V-shaped crowns) and started creating its podium. I also started creating a new tower just behind the mall.

a little tip, use 23. Antialiasing as rendering setting. this will improve the illumination of your scene a lot

I tried using Ambient Occlusion for rendering and here's the result:

It's just SketchUp and Kerkythea.

This new tower right behind the mall is a new condo named "The Aguinaldo Residences and Garden Villas". A 27-storey tower with 577 units and 14 exclusive Garden Villas at the 6th Floor which are basically 3-storey townhouses, each unit has direct access to the amenities and will have it's own garden. I'll finish cladding it by Friday as well as the rest of the towers in the vicinity. I'll be giving another update by Friday or Saturday.
