Minimal details on this development for FNB by Eris in Durban planned for Jan 2014 completion. No mention of where in Durban, if it is replacing city offices or what it is planned for.

In Tongaats latest report they mention a national bank opening large regional offices in Ridgeside with construction to start in Jan 2013... gather this will be Ridgeside in Umhlanga then.

Pity it's not in the CBD, for some reason I just assumed it would be in the Kingsmead area.

 nedbank and fnb both have large offices in umhlanga too. ABSA have bought 3 large plots in ridgeside which they have rights to develop a 40,000m2 building on. so the move will continue

FNB are split across many buildings in town and the glass tower on field st is the main one. but also have a few in umhlanga. Absa have their HQ in town which they spent millions renovating a few years ago... remember the thread.... many of nedbanks divisions are based in umhlanga now

irrigation dam in centre and work on the new FNB offices on the left. Wonder why they being so quiet on this one? The views will be insane
