ka duda duda na ang mga century properties bashers. when you think about it, this company is a new player in town and it came in strong. di kaya natatakot ang mga ibang developers kaya nagbabayad sila ng tao para mag bash? and the bashing is not only present in these forums but among industry peers and in the stock exchange as well.

So far wala pa namang nagppost ng good experience with CPI upon turnover.

If you want to defend CPI you will have to share your own experience about them.

I'll just be vigilant and equip myself with the tools and advice given by GeorgeDeCarlo. It's already pointless worrying and speculating at this point.

Aside from comments on how nice the buildings are at Century City, wala pa rin akong nababasa tungkol sa good experience ng mga condo owners of Century Properties. If there are any, please post naman your comments.

About the miscellaneous fees being asked from the investors, I can see paying for WiFi and Cable TV. But telephone land line, CP and PLDT are both living in the past. They must not have heard yet of what is called CELLPHONE!! No need of land line anymore. Dito sa US marami na ang nagpapadisconect ng landline 'coz of the cellphones. PLDT wants to resurect their landline business in partnership with CP. Besides a lot of investors (if not majority) at Gramercy are foreign based, they don't need the land lines. Would be renters will not need land lines either. They are CELLPHONE users.

I want to hear CP's reason for installing telephone land lines.

Btw, sa nababasa ko ha, it seems like Gramercy is nice on the "outside" and
lousy on the "inside". Is the building "plastic"? hehehe

Yup! You hit the nail on the head.

According to CPI's Annual Report, 70% of their sales/buyers came from outside the Philippines.

So ang mga binebentahan nila is yung mga hindi alam ang "bait and switch" tactics nila.

Yes sobrang ganda ng design ng Acqua at Azure (Hindi ako nagagandahan sa Grammercy at Trump) pero I want to know about the quality of the finishings and the workmanship.

That's true. I personally don't see myself using the landline. They're using FTTH so it's easy for them to include the landline (and thus increase revenue) since internet and landline will terminate on the same residential gateway (no more traditional copper wire)
