i am not sure which area u mentioning..Infosys is having abt 50 acres in which sez1 is 12 acreas and remainign 38 acres coming as another SEZ . in btw there is a small river flowing ..infact u cant call as river its a thodu still its given as two sez only.... actually fetting two sez is better as they will get time for starting the construction and once construction starts sez rules applicable for 5 or 10 yrs..so its better to get as seperate sez...nt sure why tecom making issue

All the those shown above are CTS construction site....except the one posted by malayaali

There is construction happening at 2 sites. And I have included photos of both. But not sure which one is CTS.

Yes Sree... its a quite green area with the waterbody(Chitrapuzha) flowing in between....So if they have a good master plan it could be turned to a wonderful place to work at... The place is very close to the Infopark Phase 1 and Smart city pavillion. You can find the exact location from google maps/wikimapia.

CTS campus work is progressing well.

L&T is holding two major projects in IP.
We can expect double rocket speedy construction in CTS campus.
