i am still sad about the whole height decrease. it was the perfect location to finally have a tower over 350m besides the big ones that outline the area.

This could basically be considered as the twin of the Park Hyatt. They are very similarly shaped and both are in similar positions each immediately on the outside flank of the two Big Brothers, CTF and IFC.
