me n my family is new to trivandrum...so can anyone tell me some good housing society in trivandrum ..

There is no system of 'Housing Society' per se in Trivandrum.

You can choose independant apartments or houses for rent or purchase. You will get details if you scan classifieds in dailies like Times Of India or Hindu, or get in touch with any broker/agent. If you are not comfortable or finding difficulty in getting a good broker, let me know, I would try to help. Send me a personal message.

The location for stay will have to be chosen depending on your place of work. In Trivandrum, there is not much difference in the quality of living across locations as all are equably developed. You will find more apartments in the localities like Poojappura, Vazhuthacaud, Vellayambalam, Sasthamangalam, Kowdiar, Pattom, Kesavadasapuram, Ulloor etc and then in and around the Technopark side.
