But why is most of the building in Infopark are less numberd floors (average no of floors per building wil be close to 4 ). Since we have land scarcity ,shouldnt they build 15+ on each one

This is what you call all-round development. Building millions of sft of office space alone holds no good. You need to have security and other amenities like this pre-paid auto service which will be of great help considering the fact that most techies are taken for a "ride" by the rickshaw-wallahs.

Video is good. But second part of the video shows projects mostly in the planning and preliminary stage.
I meant first half is more realistic with projects which are completed and operational but second half shows projects which all of them may or may not materialize.
