Oh and in case you missed it...

BREAKING NEWS: Mumford & Sons to tour South Africa

About 2 hours ago I spotted a post on It’s not a World Tour if you don’t come to Africa‘s Facebook page about Mumford and Sons touring South Africa in 2013.

It seems Computicket has done it again with one of their “slight of hand” cockups…The image below shows that Mumford and Sons will be at Coca-Cola park at an event called “Rocking the Park”. There are no visible dates and whether or not they will be touring the rest of SA but you can bet ReviewMe will keep you informed!

The ticket prices are quite decent:

R800 Golden Circle
R600 Lower Level Seating
R300 Upper Level Seating
There will probably be more details about this within the next week

Can't wait! So far I've been to the Wavehouse for Like Mike & Dimitri Vegas and last Friday for Steve Aoki, both were flippin brilliant. Gareth Emery and Lange this Friday.

Skrillex coming to SA
2012-12-11 14:40

Cape Town – Concert promoter Electric announced on Tuesday that American electronic musician Skrillex will be performing in South Africa in 2013.

According to Electric's Facebook page Skrillex will be playing a show in Cape Town on 28 February, Durban on 1 March and Johannesburg on 2 March.

Venues have not been confirmed yet, but tickets go on sale through Computicket on 28 January.

Skrillex received five Grammy nominations in 2012 of which he won three for Best Dance Recording, Best Dance/Electronica Album and Best Remixed Recording, Non-classical. He has also received three Grammy nominations for 2013 for his album Bangarang.

R Kelly set to perform in SA

Cape Town - RnB star R Kelly is set to perform in South Africa in March, reports Sowetan Live.

Having previously toured South Africa back in 2010, he is said to be bringing his R Kelly Single Ladies World Tour to local shores for two nights only.

The promoters of his tour, Afropulse Entertainment, told Sowetan Live that he is expected to perform in Johannesburg on 21 March and in Durban on 23 March.

According to local website Yo'Mzansi, tickets for the shows will be going on sale on Friday 25 January via Computicket.
