Developer put in an application for 'shoring'. This one should start construction soon - can't wait!

Wonderful! I like this one quite a bit. There are about 25 condo towers between 30 and 50 floors going up/proposed within a few blocks in the Entertainment District. A reliable member 'memph' calculated that it could lead to density of between 200,000 and 400,000 people/sq mile. That's astonishing density, all be it over a very small area.
