This is one sweet project! Hopefully it will break ground soon! It will located in the entertainment district of Toronto.

Developer put in an application for 'shoring'. This one should start construction soon - can't wait!

Wonderful! I like this one quite a bit. There are about 25 condo towers between 30 and 50 floors going up/proposed within a few blocks in the Entertainment District. A reliable member 'memph' calculated that it could lead to density of between 200,000 and 400,000 people/sq mile. That's astonishing density, all be it over a very small area.

Looks good, it won't stand out by it's height, but it's design will be noticed.
