That would adversely affect both rental yields and occupancy rate for the first 5 years at least. There are not just dust, congestion and noise blanketing the entire Century City but also security issues with construction workers and strangers in the vicinity till late night. By the time the newer buildings are completed, increased supply would mean that tenants would favor the newer developments with downward pressure on rent.

"up to 8Mbps", which means it can be anywhere from 1bps to 8Mbps at any time. (BTW this is a Gramercy topic in a KB thread)

ka duda duda na ang mga century properties bashers. when you think about it, this company is a new player in town and it came in strong. di kaya natatakot ang mga ibang developers kaya nagbabayad sila ng tao para mag bash? and the bashing is not only present in these forums but among industry peers and in the stock exchange as well.

I agree. In fact, investors won't have anything to say but excitement on the upcoming turnover. Imagine hindi pa nagturnover eh marami na ang mga complaints!!

iTS NOT THE HEIGHT ITS HOW THEY GET THERE I AM 36 AND SEEMS THE ELEVATORS COULD SPLIT AT THAT FLOOR TO TAKE UP TO HIGH LEVELS ONLY .SO THIS IS WHERE THEY JUMP OUT :}......Anyway myself and rough have had this conversation few years ago "live fast die young " like the mozzies "
