So this is really a modification of Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens with other planned parts of Dubai thrown in?

A new mall bigger than the 1200 unit Dubai Mall.
Can Dubai really sustain this along with all the other large malls?

Really like this project which will also bring life to the outskirts of Dubai perhaps making it a more
desirable place to live more so than even the marina etc.

Yes assuming this mall is finished in 5/10 years time by which time the population of Dubai may have risen by 1m or more plus there is a big increase in tourist numbers?

Would be interested to know just how much bigger it will be.

I think that Dubai maybe will not hold expo 2020 because of very hot weather in summer

I hope Dubai wins, it will be a big boost for new projects.

project is boarded up and with signage and billboards. It is opposite Business Bay, on the other side of Al Khail road

I wonder which of the master plans they will follow? There are two in this video...

I like the master plan with the Singapore style flower domes, but it still has the power lines. On the other hand, the first master plan showed in the video does not have the power lines.

construction has started very quickly for the first section with the show villas. you can see progress on an hourly basis there, about 300m behind the big billboard on al khail road.
