According to property week this is for sale by network rail who hold the long leasehold and the freehold by BCC

No mention of an operator in an article that names tune hotel for beneficial building, staybridge suites for martineau house and park Regis for auchinleck house

It does interestingly state that Wilmott Dixon has been selected to renovate the building
