To makesure sibu properties booming, there must be a strong economic sector that helps to stimulate the whole economic activities there. as for now, sibu are only left with the shipping industry which are not strong enough to attract people to stay there.

这项由Fullyard有限公司策划的商业发展占地6依甲，全盘计划包括建立2幢各25层高之公寓，100间四层楼高商业店、一座办公大楼和一间8层商旅宾馆，预计会在2015年完成。而深信随着是项庞大计划的完全，肯定会增加诗巫市景观内容与生活素质。

由于此商业中心处在拉让江与依干江2江流域口盆地，坐镇了诗巫市绝佳地理位置，拥抱了诗巫市全貌及江畔景观优势，可说是依江畔市，自3个月前动工迄今，获得了许多顾客的兴趣与投资，表示有意订购。

为了让广大市民了解该商业中心发展情况，该商业中心发展商于日前举行的房屋展上，首次公开了该计划的全盘内容。

Fullyard有限公司执行董事温尼许受访表示，该公司着力推展的2幢公寓采用了时下最先现化的元素，从外观到室内的设计都散发出一丝丝时代品味。

首期推出100间商业店

她称，上述商业中心的正式推展礼将择期下月份。首期推出的计划将是兴建100间四层楼商业店，接着建筑2栋25层公寓，办公大楼与宾馆。

她强调，拟建的公寓大楼的每一层楼仅有2个单位，2栋公寓总数为52个单位。每一单位总面积大约在1千700平方尺，因此拥有庞大生活空间，坐拥江面与市景的景观条件。 售价为每平方尺430令吉。

温尼许说，公寓最顶楼是规划为休闲场所，设有泳池、健身厅、烧烤及运动走道。当然，治安设置是该公司最为注重点，除了庞大保安巡逻队外，亦在每一个通道、电梯与停车场装置闭路电视监控。而100个单位店屋拥有99年地契，及拥有庞大的走道空间优势。

I felt very weird, why never mention how many storeys of the office building? Why the hotel only 8 storeys?
