Best bit of architecture in Brum for a long time. Simple, but detail in that simplicity if that can be so. Just looks the bollocks in a very hard part of town.

I popped over to Newtown today and saw this for the first times in ages and it really is an excellent example of modern urban living. We needs lots more developments that include old buildings for our housing stock.

When I got to Newtown, after passing a shopping centre, I went past the Crocodile Works. Looks nice!
