As my previous one of the Bull wearing the Union Jack was so easy, lets try this one.
A little more difficult I think (I hope)

Sorry, wrong again.
Few clues It is somewhere between Snow Hill Station, the Cathedral, and Birmingham Children's hospital. It is also a building I have never really noticed before, I only saw it as I was strolling around Birmingham yesterday. The building is also To Let (and has been for a while I think). |

Just out of interest, is it art deco or 60s?
I was suprised when I found out my Uni (notts trent)-the Newton Building was built in the late 60s! Looks Art Deco! And feels as cold as an art deco building! http://www.bbc.co.uk/nottingham/cont...13_470x353.jpg
