Starting an Interior Architecture + Design Company help

Hello, I am a Part One Qualified RIBA Architect and my Partner is a qualified Interior Architect. We are looking to start a business which we will work on designing interiors. I understand that as i wont be chartered until i have finished my studies (part 3) that our company cannot touch the building structure only the fabric.

Can we therefore class our business as Interior Architects or do we need to be classed as Interior Designers?

Also is there a governing body that we should be associated to if we are starting an Interior Architecture / Design company?
