Approximately 45mē for me. If it was a perfect location, with a perfect view, I could go even lower.

I have lived in very small places. I currently live in a very small place lol.
But if we're talking IDEALLY...then as a single person I wouldn't want to live in anything less than 600 squ. feet. (Although I used to live in a 647 sq. ft. apartment with 2 other people!) If there were two of us (me and a boyfriend) 850 sq. feet would be desirable for high-rise living. for a family (when i have kids), we would need minimum 1,000 square feet to not feel cramped. of course i would always prefer more space than what i have described, but, that is the lower limit of what i would feel is "comfortable"

WIth 3 or more persons it's more about the number of (bed)rooms than the m2. A 4 by 4 m bedroom could be quite comfortable.
