Colliers Wood Tower, Demolish, Refurb Or Leave To Crumble?

I was in Colliers Wood today and came across a building i know know to be the Colliers Wood Tower, dozens of it's windows have been smashed some up to 13 stories up. It looks beyond disrepair and i would love to just see it go, a friend of mine said it has been in this state for as long as he can remember what can you guys say about this building??

It's being refurbished, reclad and forms the centrepiece of a new town square with housing and retail.

List it! Before it's lost forever. Reclads compromise the architectual integrity of a building.

It doesn'ty look like a building that had a lot of architectural thought put into it .. probably off-the-shelf cladding and bog standard layout

Those night time visuals are always so deceptive. Have to say though it's an improvement, anything is.

I live close by and have heard it would be very difficult to demolish as the Northern line runs directly underneath it at a shallow depth. Not sure how true that is.

All these old towers get refurbed into apartments. Ruislip High Street, Hounslow High street, Feltham, Ealing, Chiswich, Brentford etc etc

Is it pure coincidence that a mans Scrotum resembles a brain - requisite with both hemispheres, and its truncated spinal cord - always in search of sensation?
