The fact is boarding went up months ago and yet no signage of details of the building. Butthis is very good site and area in TRADE CENTER 1. So there is sure to be a land makr tower here. So start the thread details later. Below is the construction as of this week.

Based on the pile size ( spoke to the piling contractor ) its only gonna be about 30-40 stories- sorry guys

In a construct week Issue 26 29may-4 june there is a new 42 story residentail tower going up on SZR-no name but a cool looking tower with roof top pool deck

There was boarding going up on the weekend
The stand for the image and details of the tower is up as is the back lite

Hello trances and others,

I had seen the model of the proposed tower on shk zayed rd at the arenco real estate stall at last years ATM (not sure if it was ATM), and the tower was named golden sands tower. It had a stunning cylindrical shape with an awesome rooftop. I have seen a rendering of it somewhere in the forums earlier, i'l try to find and put it in here. I'm pretty sure i saw it here.

Arenco real estate are the owners of the numerous golden sands appartments in burdubai. They can be located by clicking here , but their site does not show this tower yet.
