#NEVER BUILT :"Mazaya Suites Tower",20F.?M,Mixed-use

Mazaya Suites

The project was designed to include a building consisting of two blocks, the first block contains 90 hotel apartments in the form of 50m2 studies, and the second block contains a 20 floor offices tower each floor is 260m2. The assortment and harmony between the 2 blocks was taken into consideration in the design stage and that is to achieve luxury to each of them.

Design Concept & Project Provision

The project design concept is based on achieving a distinguished building that is unique in its architectural design, consisting of two blocks that are different in the way they look and in their heights, but using this difference to accommodate a functional division between the blocks.

Land Area 1050 m2

600% of Buildup Area Allowed by the Municipality 6300 m2

Total Area Including Services 9700 m

to be honest with you guys i dont know really what is the current status of this project , so any one can help me on this
