HONG KONG All the Colours of the Rainbow
Hong Kong's apartments are full of colours. As you can see, this particular area is uniquely more colourful.
These housing estates are set along the hillsides, with many units having ocean views. Who lives here? The poor, which is quite different from the rest of Hong Kong. Notice the change in elevation. Imagine walking down that flight of stairs everyday!
It was another annoyingly smoggy day.
Back to more colours!
Now all the colours come together!
Wah Fu estate is located along the southwestern coast of Hong Kong Island.
Aberdeen and Ap Lei Chau are further southeast, while downtown is only a 15 minute bus ride away.

the pretty colors can't hide the problems in those outdated buildings... I say... TEAR THEM DOWN AND BUILD ANOTHER CYBERPORT! (Without the hi-tech excuse of coz)
