The spire and crown are the same as the scaled model, there are minor changes on the four corners of Level 59. And the podium finishes also needs to be updated.

I think the podium on this one shows Grand Hyatt podium and not Grand Hyatt Manila Residences podium, but at least the tower is definitely Grand Hyatt Manila Residences.

Looks like they're starting to clad the crown.

Can't find any data on this tower in the skyscraper center. However, I counted around 55 floors including the crown, that's far from 66. This also doesn't look like 282 meters. What are the sources for this height? http://skyscrapercenter.com/city/makati

66 was actually used in one of the early names to denote the number of floors but there have been major alterations to the design and a number of name changes especially when Hyatt entered into the picture so you could be right about the floor count.

This building also looks wide at the north and south angles in proportion to its height and is much further away behind that row of highrises in the last photo above so that makes it look shorter. The latest significant addition to the design was the 30m spire so that went into the height equation and added to the original claims in the media articles of around 250m.

However, like you I also doubt this would reach 282. I didn't start the thread though. I think a reliable source here said it was the height above sea level, so it should be shorter when measured beginning from the street. Honestly it's kinda disappointing for us locals but no one had the authority to give out the true specs of this building because there isn't anything official coming out in the local press.
