well they moved from the first to second tower immediately. so hopefully when the second is finished (very soon) they move onto the next.
...Assuming that they have tenanted out most of the available space... and they have the finances.

I didn't think they had any tenants for the other 2 towers (including the tallest) would have thought it'll be on hold until a pre-commitment.
