This is now complete and is called C2 Esplanade, a take on its address of 102 Esplanade. It is currently operating as holiday apartments. It'd be good if someone could take some photos of the completed building.

Here's one from their website looking along the Esplanade.

I heard on the very short darwin grapevine that one of the contractors had leased the entire building at just shy of $100k/month. see the accom part of this ad.

there was an ad in the NT "News" a few weeks back looking for at least 90 exec units.

There's one photo in the slide show of photos on their website:

Original Renders of building HERE

Looks much better in real life than render:

It kinda dwarfs the Novotel Atrium and at the same time highlights the need for a major makeover of the Atrium.

This buidling makes quite an impact on the skyline. (Sorry for the poor quality)

Wow... What is that tower in the background directly behind the One30 Esplanade towers (and back of the Marrakai Hotel)?

It looks like a fairly new addition and a lonely tower on its own.

The Freedom Tower will join it though soon in a few years time.

That's the Pinnacle building on Woods Street. Darwin Gateway and Freedom Tower will be built on McMinn Street, one street behind Pinnacle.
