Xinyi connections and new department store

The system of skybridges in Xinyi is finished, it is possible to go from Taipei Exhibition Center to new Mitsukoshi Dep. Store by sky bridges. Here is the whole route including new dep. store.

we start from Exhibition Center

we walk through 101 Mall, on the other side, another bridge

passed New York, New York, there is another conection with Warner Village

Warner Village

on connection to Mitsukoshi

and the bridge itself

Mitsukoshi complex, all four dep stores are now open

the last connection to new Mitsukoshi

and here it is, together with President Tower

from new dep. store

inside

and outside, going to MRT

Great pictures Taipei Walker! I recall seeing SOME those skybridges when I visited Taiwan in March last year, but it seems like they built more to connect all of them together

Nice to see you back Taipei Walker. Lots of pics, thanks for sharing! I use the sky bridge a lot when I am in that area, its especially convenient when travelling from the Taipei City Hall MRT station to Taipei 101.

Red face

信義重劃區 will be of the tormrrow "golden egg" at Taipei since it's started the project on earlier 80"s

Now it'd be becoming more and more brilliant than ever and surlybe taken over of 敦化仁愛區 that not as a dream

3 to 4 years later there will have another new subway route passing through onto Taipei 101 <信義斡線 >

Impressed! That newest Shin Kong department store turned out much better than I thought, especially at night. I think it would be great if you could also post these wonderful pics of Taipei in the Cityscapes and Skyline Photos section of the forum for others to see! Thanks for sharing once again.

Oh my God, Taipei Walker!! These are the most stunning pictures of 信義 District I have ever seen. The night photos are just awesome, some of the night shots look like they show a city from the future. I am going to worship you from now on, literally !!

Having grown up in the 信義 District as a child, looking at these pictures bring me back a lot of memories. I remembered the time when most of the land parcels in that area were empty and the streets rarely saw any cars. Almost all the buildings in your photos didn't exist when I left Taiwan 9 years ago. Have I not been following the construction updates on this forum, I would have not been able to recognize anything. 信義 District has truly transformed into a world class destination.
