The city was car focused UNTIL nowadays. There's a lot of improvement in terms of public transportation and cycling infrastructure within the city

It's a property of Polish State Railways. Nothing can be done about it at this moment.
Thanks for the information this is good news then, I thought it is part of the project and planned like this. So this can be very different in the future.
